Technical Expert and Expert Witness Services

RSSI's technical experts will assist a legal team in evaluating if litigation should be pursued and the possible outcome of a case before a substantial investment and resources are expended.  A technical expert can provide low-risk guidance on the scientific, technical, and regulatory merits of cases.  If litigation proceeds, a technical expert may provide on-going guidance and serve in the same case as an expert witness.  Skill as an expert witness is necessary to provide the best possible presentation of a case consistent with good science.  RSSI staff have served as technical experts and qualified expert witnesses in cases ranging from individual claims for personal injury to multi-billion dollar class actions.  For information or consultation please call Eli Port at 847-965-1999.
